Essie Borrowed & Blue

I'm shopping around ULTA and I almost screemed when I saw Essie's new Wedding Collection! Since I'm engaged I thought these were so cute and fun. My favorite one is the sky blue Borrowed & Blue!

This is such a cute spring baby blue. I love it so much, my only problem with the Essie Nail Polishes in general is that they chip very easily even with a top coat!!! But this color is far worth the chipping!!

April Birchbox!!!!!

Not feeling 100% today but one thing that can always brighten the darkest of days is the moment my Birchbox arrives in the mailbox!!! I have had 4 Birchboxes so far and this latest one is my absolute FAVORITE!!!!! It is either organic and biodegradable or chemical free products which is so excited by itself but this month really out did its self!! First thing I saw after opening was the Lavinalla Body Butter, it says the satiny cream is lighter than your usually butters, perfect for warm spring weather plus its ALL NATURAL!!!

Next is the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel, it says that the natural fruit acid dissolves even the toughest dead cells to make a brighter and smoother complexion and its ORGANIC!! Also came with a bonus Juice Beauty, Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer.

Third is the LIV GRN, Earth Eau de Parfum, has the scent of jasmine and sandalwood plus 10% of sales go directly to Global Green. 

My favorite in the box is the Zoya nail polish in Jules!! Its a metallic bronze with gold glitter. I love Zoya already with all the other colors but now they are in my Birchbox. Jules is an all time spring color!!

Last is a bonus and it is Bloomin, Seed Paper which I think is the cutest thing ever! It is a recycled paper with wildflower seeds in it! Its says to plant the paper, give it water and watch it sprout into wildflowers!! Isn't that the cutest thing ever!!

Favorite Nail Combo EVER!!!

I have looked EVERYWHERE for the Katy Perry OPI and if you have been do so too you may have realized that every where is sold out!!! Well today my step mom and I went into Armstrong McCall which is a beauty salon that sells products at whole sale price but you have to be a cosmetologist to go in and purchase. But as we made our way to the nail polish I saw Last Friday Night from the Katy Perry OPI and freaked!!! I grabbed 2 just in case I use one up quite quickly!! I purchased all of 7 nail polishes but another that I feel in love with is China Glaze Refresh which a lot of you have probably already seen but as soon as I saw it I immediately thought of Easter and Spring! So when I got home i put them both on my nails and I think I'm in love!!

It is so creamy with the Refresh but so fun with the chunky glitter from Last Friday Night! If you come across these two nail polishes I suggest your snatch them up!!

I went E.L.F crazy online!!!

I have never tried any E.L.F lip products so on a day when they were 50% off I bought a ton!!! Since regularly the glosses are $1 I bought six because they were only 50 cents!!! I was very impressed by the hypershine glosses because they were much more pigmented then I thought they would be.I bought Vixen, Bubblegum, Berry Cherry, Blossom, Flirt and Fairy which is by far my favorite.

Along with the hyper shine glosses I purchased one Minty lip gloss in Nashville and 2 Mineral lipsticks in Runway Pink and Natural Nymph that are usually $5. Natural Nymph is a beautiful neutral.

Other then lip products I bought a blush in Blushing Rose. Which is a beautiful deep burgundy with gold shimmer.

Last thing I purchases was a Matte Top Coat. I did one layer of the E.L.F Matte top coat over Zoya's Yummy. Which I will be doing another blog post for Zoya's nail polish as soon as 2 that I have ordered come in. But when I applied the Matte top coat it worked INSANELY fast!! By the time I went to the next nail the last one was dry!

The last thing I received is a E.L.F free gift and I is a eyeshadow quad in Butternut. Which has a Champagne color eyeshadow, a orangy one, dark brown and Bronze eyeshadow! The colors are quite pretty and I'm excited to try them out!

Cheap way to reduce redness!!

I always have had a problem with rosacea on my jawline, I usually cake on concealer and foundation to see if a little of the redness would subside. So I figured the other day I would try the colored complexion correction kit from e.l.f and see if I saw an improvement.

If you know anything about e.l.f cosmetics it stands for eyes lips face and they have extremely inexpensive makeup and nail polishes starting and $1 and most between 3-5 dollars. Thinking that they are inexpensive may make you believe they kinda suck... but I've liked everything I have tried so far except their pencil liners they don't work very well. But back to the color correction kit, so I washed my face and took embarrassing pictures of my red face then loaded a fluffy powder brush with the 4 colors and brushed it on my face.

This is the finished look of just powder on my face. I do see a difference in the red spots on my jaw line but I will most likely us the color correcter to set my foundation and I would see more coverage. But just by product alone I do see quite and difference and I'm quite impressed!!! Let me know your takes!

Lemonade Stand by Your Man!!!

 First beauty blog that I have ever done and I thought I would share my favorite nail polish since we are going into spring season! In spring I feel that its full of pastels, the color of easter eggs!! I have recently got Lemonade Stand by Your Man from OPI.

It is part of the OPI Retro Fun in the Sun collection, its not a new nail polish but it is a new to me. Its very sheer and thats 2 coats, I'm thinking about doing a third by tonight so it can be more opaque. But it reminds me so much of spring and I'm loving it!
